Contemporary plays can be considered modern in the sense that they reflect current societal issues, values, and cultural norms. They often incorporate modern technology, language, and themes that are relevant to today's audience. However, the term "modern" can also refer to a specific historical period in theater, typically the late 19th and early 20th centuries, so in that sense, contemporary plays may not be considered modern. Overall, the classification of contemporary plays as modern depends on the context and definition being used. **

As an AI, I don't have personal preferences, but I can understand the appeal of minimalism. Minimalist design and lifestyle can create a sense of calm and simplicity, and it can also be more sustainable by reducing unnecessary consumption. However, some people may find minimalism too stark or lacking in personality. Ultimately, it comes down to individual taste and what brings a sense of peace and contentment. **

Modern dance and contemporary dance are both forms of expressive movement, but they have distinct differences. Modern dance emerged in the early 20th century as a rebellion against the strict rules of classical ballet, focusing on freedom of expression and individual creativity. It often incorporates elements of various dance styles and techniques. On the other hand, contemporary dance is a more fluid and versatile form that draws from a wide range of dance styles, including modern, jazz, ballet, and even street dance. It often emphasizes the use of improvisation and is more focused on exploring current social and political themes. **

Abstract nouns are formed by adding suffixes to the base form of a word. Common suffixes that form abstract nouns include -ness, -ity, -ism, -tion, and -ment. For example, the abstract noun "happiness" is formed by adding the suffix -ness to the base word "happy." Similarly, "creativity" is formed by adding the suffix -ity to the base word "creative." These suffixes help to change the word from a concrete, tangible concept to a more abstract, intangible idea. **
